1. Seller

The Lamps Lamps Lamps store is operated by LogicLabs Rafał Kowalewski, ul. Imbramowska 7/10, 31-212 Kraków, Poland. Polish tax ID (NIP): 6771397659; REGON: 122678992. Contact: mail@lampylampylampy.pl.

2. Products

The store sells decorative lamps 3D-printed from PLA. Products are made in small batches. Minor variations in surface texture, shade or finish may result from the 3D-printing process, provided they do not affect conformity with the description, safety or function.

Each lamp includes a mains cable and an E14 lampholder. The lamps are for dry indoor locations. Use only an E14 LED bulb with a maximum power of 5 W and within the dimensional limits stated in the instructions. Never use an incandescent or halogen bulb. Before use, read Product safety and use and the instructions supplied with the product.

3. Prices, orders and payment

The current product price, currency, taxes applicable to the order and delivery cost are displayed before the order is placed. To place an order, select the product, provide the information required for fulfilment, select an available delivery and payment method and confirm the obligation to pay. An order confirmation is sent to the email address provided.

4. Delivery

Preparation terms, costs and available methods are described in the Shipping policy. Risk of accidental loss or damage passes to the consumer in accordance with applicable law, generally when the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer acquires physical possession of the product.

5. Withdrawal, returns and complaints

A consumer generally has a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract. The procedure, model form and complaint rules are described in the Returns and complaints policy. Mandatory statutory remedies for lack of conformity are not limited by these terms.

6. Contact and safety

Questions, complaints and product-safety reports may be sent to mail@lampylampylampy.pl. For a lamp-related report, include the model or SKU, order number, purchase date and a description of the event.

7. Governing law

Polish law applies to the contract, but this choice does not deprive a consumer of protection granted by mandatory provisions of the country of the consumer's habitual residence. Disputes may be resolved by a competent court or through statutory out-of-court dispute-resolution mechanisms where available.
