14-day right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason within 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, acquire physical possession of the product.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, send an unequivocal statement before the deadline to mail@lampylampylampy.pl or by post to LogicLabs Rafał Kowalewski, ul. Imbramowska 7/10, 31-212 Kraków, Poland. You may use the model form below, but it is not mandatory.

After notifying us, return the product without undue delay and no later than 14 days afterwards. The buyer bears the direct return cost. Pack the product so that it is protected in transit; the original packaging is not required.

We will reimburse payments received from you, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery offered to you, no later than 14 days after receiving your notice. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the product or you provide evidence that it was sent back, whichever occurs first. Reimbursement uses the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise. You are liable only for any diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.

Complaints and lack of conformity

If a product is damaged, incomplete or not in conformity with the contract, contact mail@lampylampylampy.pl. Include the order number, model or SKU and a description of the issue; photographs may help us assess it, but failure to provide them does not by itself remove your rights. Your statutory remedies for lack of conformity are separate from the right of withdrawal and are not limited by this policy.
