Order preparation and delivery

Orders are dispatched from Poland. The lamps are made in small batches, so the standard preparation time is 2 to 5 business days unless the product page or order confirmation states otherwise.

The cost, available methods and expected delivery conditions are shown in the cart or at checkout after the delivery address is entered. Deliveries within the European Union use tracked shipping. The final carrier depends on the destination and parcel size.

Every lamp is checked before dispatch and packed to reduce the risk of transport damage. Inspect the parcel after delivery. If the packaging or product is damaged, take photographs and contact mail@lampylampylampy.pl as soon as possible. This does not limit your statutory rights.

If an order contains products with different availability dates, it will be dispatched when the whole order is ready unless agreed otherwise.
